In between the above, the linear measurments; East-West on Northern side: 48 feet, East-West on Southern Side: 46 feet, south - North on Eastern Side: 28 1/2 feet, South-North on Western Site: 26 1/2 feet. Thus, admeasuring 1292 1/2 Sq. Ft of land along with the rights to use and/or take cattle, cart and vehicle through the layout roads / pathway left therein and all other pathway rights and easement rights as prescribed in title / sale deed dated 21.01.2019 (doc. No.275/2019)and its parent title deeds. Thus, aggregating to the extent of (1282 1/2 + 1292 1/2)= 2575 Sq.ft of land and the property situtated within the limits of periyamanali village panchayat and Elachipalayam Panchayat Union.
