Head of Sales & Marketing (Location:Mumbai)

Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Head to lead our sales team at FindAuction.in. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in NPA (Non-Performing Assets) sales and possess a deep understanding of the SARFAESI (Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest) Act. The Sales Head will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts, managing a team of sales professionals, and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive NPA sales and achieve revenue goals. Identify target markets, develop sales plans, and monitor progress towards objectives.

2. NPA sales expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of NPA sales processes and possess the knowledge and experience to navigate the complexities of NPA auctions, foreclosure proceedings, and property sales under the SARFAESI Act.

3. Team leadership and management: Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to maximize their performance. Set clear sales targets, monitor individual and team progress, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.

4. Relationship building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders involved in NPA sales. Collaborate with internal and external parties to enhance sales opportunities and drive business growth.

5. Market analysis and opportunity identification: Stay up-to-date with market trends, changes in the NPA landscape, and competitor activities. Conduct market research, identify potential sales opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.

6. Sales forecasting and reporting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on sales performance, trends, and key metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on sales data and analysis.

7. Compliance with regulations: Ensure strict adherence to the SARFAESI Act and other relevant legal and regulatory requirements governing NPA sales. Maintain a thorough understanding of applicable laws, guidelines, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in NPA sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team.

2. In-depth knowledge of SARFAESI Act: Possess a deep understanding of the SARFAESI Act and its implications for NPA sales. Familiarity with relevant legal procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements is essential.

3. Leadership skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team. Proven experience in managing and developing sales professionals, setting targets, and driving performance.

4. Strong communication and negotiation skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, negotiate deals, and build lasting relationships.

5. Strategic mindset: Ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and develop effective sales strategies. A results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving revenue goals.

6. Problem-solving abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales situations, overcome challenges, and make informed decisions.

7. Integrity and compliance: Maintain a high level of integrity, ethics, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
